This was waiting for me in my email this morning...
Today should be interesting...To repeat myself, you did a great job with the presentation earlier today. I have re-considered my position with regard to your standing with the company and would welcome you to remain as the Warehouse Ops Manager. I realize that I may have set in motion an "exit strategy" on your part and that you may already have interests in other opportunities elsewhere.
We should discuss this and more as soon as possible.

Well now you have some major leverage, but I'd still tell them to F off. In fact, you should say this to them:
