Who woulda thunk it?

I’m sitting in the Oakland Airport waiting for my flight home. What a game! The first 3 quarters were depressing and the crowd, which was already small, started leaving early. Then in the 4th quarter the 49er's came back 16 points in less than 5 minutes to tie the game. Suddenly the fans that were booing the quarterback (including me) were screaming and giving each other high-fives. They won in overtime with a field goal. So now they are 1 and 4. It was a fun day.

Vanessa came down with a cold Friday night, so we spent most of the weekend trying to get better. She was downing the DayQuil while I put ice on my foot. We did manage to get to Bed, Bath, and Beyond to purchase the items which were remaining on that registry. We had a 20% off coupon for the entire purchase so it saved us a ton of money. Time to board the plane!
