Darwinism ensues…

On my way to lunch today I noticed a guy riding his bicycle in the rain. He was using one had to steer the bike and the other hand to hold an umbrella. What’s so strange about that? Nothing. The strange thing was he was riding northbound in-between the two southbound lanes on Soto St. in a 40 MPH zone. I’m sure he will live a long prosperous life. This is the second strangest thing I have seen around here. The first being having to stop my truck for a chicken crossing the road on Slauson.
