Everything is going to be A-OK

It’s been a slow couple of days for me. On Monday and Tuesday Vanessa and I carpooled to work so I could go with her to a couple of doctor appointments and be there for support. I wont go into detail since that’s more her business than mine, but yesterday we found out that she has nothing to worry about and that everything will be fine. We were both relieved and went out for Chinese food to celebrate. I was only at work about 5 hours each day and spent the rest of my time in a waiting room or kicking back at home.

Vanessa has had a bad week overall. Friday was a bad day at work for her. On Saturday Vanessa got a call from her mom to let her know her Great Aunt Sis had passed away. She spent most of the weekend working on a Midterm paper due today. She is still working on the paper today (woke up at 1:00 am).

On Friday we’re flying to Walla Walla, Washington to visit her Grandma, Aunt Maria and Uncle Byron (and kids). It will be good for her to get away for a couple of days, see some family, and relax.
