Now that’s a coupon!

While I was browsing the Internet yesterday I found an article on gizmodo.com about a special deal at Dell. Dell was offering an online coupon valid yesterday and today only - $750.00 off of a laptop with a price of $1500.00 or more. Vanessa and I have been talking about getting a laptop, but were not planning on buying one so quick. I couldn’t pass up a deal like that. So, I built a laptop, which coincidently ended up with a value of $1501.00.

I went back to look at the coupon details later in the day and noticed 10 minutes after I placed my order they changed the coupon to exclude the laptop I ordered. Too late! I already had my confirmation and a second email showing they were working on my order. This morning, only one laptop model is available for the coupon and I saw another site saying the coupon was canceled completely just after 2:00 AM.

Anyway, I’m looking forward to getting it set-up. I have $75 worth of gift cards and coupons at Best Buy, so I will be setting-up a wireless network at home this weekend. Wee!!!
