"What was Page doing this weekend" you ask?

Since I didn’t post anything on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, I have decided to make up for it today (more posts below). Friday I spent 7 hours in a meeting at work. I can’t complain too much, since it was my meeting. Overall it went well. Everyone seemed impressed and I am expecting my project to be approved in a couple of weeks. The pricing will be discussed tomorrow. Friday night

Saturday, Vanessa and I slept in a little then went to lunch. There is a Cheesecake Factory in Brea that just opened last weekend, so we were planning on eating there. Unfortunately, there was a 30 to 40 minute wait, so we went to BJ’s across the street. No wait and great food. Afterward, we went to Eddie Bauer to exchange some stuff (yes, again), got some ice cream at Cold Stone, and I got a haircut. I always feel better after I get a haircut. We spent the afternoon cleaning the house. Between my broken foot and Vanessa’s work schedule the place hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. It took us a couple of hours and we got the bulk of it done.

Saturday night we drove to Garden Grove to meet some of the teachers from Vanessa’s school at a Sushi restaurant. Only a couple of people ordered sushi and they only ordered a California rolls (doesn’t count). We got our regular assortment of rolls (Spicy Tuna, Rainbow, Crunchy, Spider, etc.). Everyone else got Teriyaki Chicken or Shrimp Tempura. It was a great restaurant, but still not as good as the place down the street from us.

Sunday, I woke up early with the intention of getting a lot done before my dad came over at 10:00 am. I didn’t get anything done. Vanessa went to Henry’s Market and bought bagels and muffins for breakfast while my dad and I watched the 49ers get annihilated by Tampa Bay. Sad. Really sad. Vanessa and I spent the rest of the day watching TV and writing “thank you” letters. Yes… for wedding gifts received 3 months ago. They are almost done now.
